Job responsibilities include:
• Develop and demonstrate proper product knowledge and sales technique to obtain maximum sales efficiencies while maintaining the highest degree of integrity and ethical business practices.
• Recognizing and understanding customers’ traveling needs and desires
• Meet with individuals/families and effectively communicate the wonderful opportunities they will experience by becoming an MGV owner!
• Provide exceptional customer service as required to service owners and develop new business for the company.
• Effectively deliver required sales targets Job Requirements:
•Current and valid California Real Estate license
• Must have a strong work ethic
• Must have an upbeat and enthusiastic personality
• Desire to be successful in sales
• Direct sales experience (face to face) a plus
• Bilingual (english/spanish) a plus but it is not required
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
